Alan J was first and correct with:
Nevada.
Jim from CA, retired to ID, responded:
WTF JUST HAPPENED? Colorado?
Adam answered:
I was going to say Hawaii, 'cause everyone there lives on the top of mountains. But the answer to the question is Nevada.
PS - we're so screwed, but you all knew that.
Deborah said:
Is it Nevada? I think I remember that from a trivia game years ago.
Worst election hangover ever. Never say that one coming. I'm still shocked that most of America is in favor of racism, misogyny, homophobia and disrespect for anyone with disabilities. So much for #pantsuitnation We'll be back in 4 years.
This is our own fault...after all, Trump DID tell us that the election was rigged! I just totally misunderstood what he meant. I’m ashamed to live in a state that went w/ Trump, but I guess I knew better. After all, this state couldn’t even see past their party lines to vote for it’s home boy, George McGovern. My grandmother is probably spinning in her grave about now. Let us now pray for the future of our country and the world...
Patriot Act NSA Spying Unconstitutional Section 215 National Security Letters Must End
My name is Marc Perkel and I have decided to announce that I will not comply with the so called "Patriot Act" laws requiring me to disclose information about my customers. If I receive a national security letter I will immediately photograph it, post it online everywhere I can, and then make a video of me burning it. I will then await my arrest. If you want to put me in jail then come get me mother fucker.
And then there was one. Don't know what happened to the other. Sigh

David Bowie's musical "Lazarus" has arrived in London, with an opening line evoking the spirit of the late British star: "Look up here, I'm in heaven."
The play's run in the British capital brings Bowie's legacy back to his home city nearly a year after he died on January 10 following a 10-month battle with cancer.
Bowie, who grew up in London's Brixton neighbourhood, made his last public appearance at the show's gala night in New York on December 7 last year.
The sombre musical is inspired by Walter Trevis's 1963 science fiction novel, "The Man Who Fell To Earth", which was turned into a 1976 film featuring Bowie in the lead role.
The musical addresses themes close to Bowie: the search for identity, the feeling of solitude and abandonment, and relationships with others and the world.

Earth experienced its hottest half-decade on record between 2011 and 2015 and the floods, droughts and storms unleashed by rising temperatures are likely only a prelude to new weather extremes, the World Meteorological Organization said.
As delegates from almost 200 countries gather in Marrakesh, Morocco this week for global talks on climate change, the WMO report published on Tuesday shows the world has already warmed by 1 degree Celsius (1.8 Fahrenheit) compared to pre-industrial levels.
The WMO's measurements underline the difficultly countries face in mitigating runaway global warming. While they agreed in December in Paris to keep temperatures increases well below 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 degrees Fahrenheit) the new data show countries left themselves a narrow margin of error as greenhouse gases continue to accumulate in the atmosphere.
The warming trend may have been responsible for a drought in East Africa between 2010 and 2012 which led to about 258,000 deaths, as well as flooding in southeast Asia in 2011 that cost more than $40 billion, the report said. Superstorm Sandy in 2012 caused $67 billion in damage to the U.S. and almost 8,000 people were killed by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
Rising ocean temperatures and ice sheets melting have been causing sea levels to rise, the WMO said. Average sea-surface temperatures in 2015 rose to a record, feeding into ocean expansions triggered by warming water, it said.
A disused factory in the Czech Republic where German industrialist Oskar Schindler employed more than a thousand Jews to save them from the gas chambers is to host a Holocaust memorial, officials said Tuesday.
Parts of the complex in Brnenec (Bruennlitz in German), close to Schindler's birthplace in Svitavy (Zwittau), were given the status of cultural monument earlier this month, according to the Czech culture ministry.
During World War II, Schindler (1908-1974), saved the lives of 1,200 Jews by employing them in his enamelware and munitions factories in Nazi-occupied Poland and Czechoslovakia.
His tale was enshrined in the bestselling 1982 novel "Schindler's Ark" and its 1993 Steven Spielberg film adaptation, "Schindler's List."
A Czech foundation plans to restore the dilapidated factory in Brnenec and create a Holocaust memorial and an exhibition depicting Schindler's life there, with an opening scheduled for 2019.

A museum dedicated to Yasser Arafat, including the room where the Palestinian leader spent much of his final years under Israeli siege, will open on Wednesday ahead of the anniversary of his death.
Current Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas will formally open the Yasser Arafat Museum next to the gravesite of the fighter-turned-statesman in Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
The museum, which cost $7 million, is the first of its kind dedicated to the longtime leader, according to the Yasser Arafat Foundation.
The opening comes two days before Palestinians commemorate the 12th anniversary of his death in a hospital near Paris on November 11, 2004 from unknown causes.
The interactive museum also features videos and photographs of key moments in Palestinian history, some from Arafat's private collection.
The majority owner of a Massachusetts pharmacy blamed for a deadly fungal meningitis outbreak has been sentenced to a year of probation and fined $4,500 for financial crimes.
Carla Conigliaro was sentenced Wednesday in federal court after pleading guilty in July to illegally withdrawing cash from bank accounts in an attempt to defeat financial reporting requirements. Her husband, Douglas Conigliaro, was sentenced to two years of probation and fined $55,000.
The nationwide 2012 outbreak was traced to contaminated steroids manufactured by the New England Compounding Center in Framingham. It killed 64 people and sickened 750 in 20 states, hitting Michigan, Tennessee and Indiana the hardest. Victims suffered inflamed linings of their brains or spinal cords.
The compounding pharmacy's owner and a supervisory pharmacist have pleaded not guilty to 25 counts of murder in a racketeering indictment.
Probation and a chump-change fine - so what if 64 people died, and 750 were made sick(er). It's a financial crime.
My cousin George was among the 64 who died.
Ironically, his father was a pharmacist.

Milo Yiannopoulos, the self-proclaimed "dangerous faggot" columnist for the conservative racist/sexist alt-right site Breitbart News, was preening at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's election night party on Tuesday. Yiannopoulos, who delights in tweaking the sensibilities of so-called "social justice warriors," declared that, win or lose, Trump has changed the national discourse "immeasurably for the better."
"The complete destruction of political correctness in this country is the most important thing, the most important thing, the most important political project of the decade," Yiannopoulos said. "He's done most of the work for that. Of course, I've done a little bit too."
Yiannopoulos, who was wearing a "TEAM TRUMP" windbreaker and dark aviator sunglasses, said he was "very hopeful" that Trump would win.
Yiannopoulos said he believed that the campaign had invited him to its election night party, but that he could not be certain of that, since he had found out about it from his "staff." The chairman of Breitbart News is Steve Bannon, who took a temporary leave of absence to become CEO of the Trump campaign.
Yiannopoulos is associated with the so-called "alt-right" fringe of the conservative movement. He told Yahoo News that he doesn't identify in that way, but rather sees himself as "the only journalist who gave them a fair hearing." Nevertheless, Yiannopoulos predicted that conservative movements would become stronger whether there was a Trump or a Clinton presidency.
French bishops pleaded for forgiveness Monday for the "guilty silence" of the Catholic Church following months of damaging revelations over the sexual abuse of children by priests.
The church has been rocked by allegations that the Archbishop of Lyon, Philippe Barbarin, covered up the abuse of scouts and failed to remove a priest despite being aware he had sexually abused the boys a quarter of a century ago.
The scandal was the worst to hit the Church in France since 2001, when a bishop was given a three-month suspended jail sentence for failing to inform authorities about a paedophile priest.
Barbarin, who has protested his innocence, remains in his post, but the scandal has tarnished the image of one of the church's most media-friendly figures.
In response to the scandal, the church's hierarchy announced a series of measures in April, including the creation of a dedicated secure email address for victims to report abuse.
Iran blinded a man on Tuesday after convicting him of throwing chemicals in face of a four-year-old girl and depriving her of sight, a judicial official was quoted as saying.
It was the second time this year that Iran had carried out the strict eye-for-eye punishment that can be imposed for such crimes in the Islamic republic, the head of criminal affairs for the Tehran prosecutor's office, Mohammad Shahriari, said.
"In 2009, this man threw lime into the face of a little girl of four years in the Sanandaj region, leaving her blind," the ISNA news agency quoted him as saying.
"Today, the law of retribution was applied in my presence and that of experts," he said, without giving details.
The law of retribution is a central part of Islam's sharia code but has been condemned by international human rights groups.
A New Orleans investment firm has begun marketing gold coins from a 300-year-old shipwreck discovered off Florida's coast.
Blanchard and Co. is one of two dealers offering the coins from an area where 11 treasure-laden ships of a Spanish fleet were smashed onto reefs by a hurricane on July 31, 1715. The other dealer is California-based Monaco Rare Coins.
John Albanese, a New Jersey-based coin expert who brokered the sales, said in an interview Friday that most of the 295 coins being offered were found by divers exploring the area last year on the 300th anniversary of the disaster.
The coins vary in denomination, size and shape. "They were very crudely made. They were handmade," said Albanese, who added that the coins' worth at the time they were made was based on their weight.
Ships of the 1715 fleet were heading to Spain from Havana when they encountered the hurricane near what is now Vero Beach. Some 1,000 people died in the maritime disaster.
