In The Chaos Household
Last Night
Spent most of the evening with 'Diamonds Are Forever'.
Saw some of 'SNL'. In the first half-hour they mocked smirk in the open and O'Really in #3. At least there was no
Darryl Hammond to suffer through.
Tonight, Sunday, as usual, CBS starts the night with '60 Minutes'. It's followed by
a fresh 'Max Bickford' (Max's 'dad', the always wonderful Eli Wallach, returns), and
then a fresh 'made-for-tv movie', 'Crossed Over'.
NBC has an NBA game that will intrude on prime-time, so expect so local filler. Scheduled, also is a
half-hour edition of 'Dateline', then a fresh 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent', and then
reruns of the 2 new series that debutted this week, 'Watching Ellie' (with Julia Louis-Drefuss), and
'Leap Of Faith'.
ABC has 'Cinderella', then a fresh 'Alias' and a rerun 'The Practice'.
The WB debuts a new 'reality' show, 'No Boundaries', then 2 fresh episodes of 'The Jamie
Kennedy Experiment', followed by fresh episodes of 'Off Cenre' and 'For Your Love'.
Faux has a fresh 'Futurama', followed by reruns of 'King Of The Hill' and 'The Simpsons'.
'Malcolm In The Middle' is fresh, as is 'The X-Files'.
UPN has the weekly repeat of 'Enterprise' and then a fresh 'Tracker'.
On HBO, 'Six Feet Under' has it's new season premiere. It's followed by Monica Lewinsky.
TCM has another great movie, 'The Lost Weekend'. Ray Milland won the best actor Oscar for his performance.
Anyone have any opinions?
Or reviews?

What's A Title Worth At ABC?
Dave & 'Nightline'
The president of ABC News was unaware until two days ago of the network's talks with David Letterman to move his late-night
television talk show from CBS to ABC, a source familiar with the situation said on Saturday.
David Westin, president of ABC News, was disappointed that he found out about the talks only after a call from a New York
Times reporter on Thursday night, the source said.
Others at ABC News also were upset that "Nightline" had been characterized by an unnamed executive in a published report as
having lost its relevancy, the source said.
Talks between ABC and Letterman began in January after the expiration of a period during which CBS had exclusive negotiating
rights, a source familiar with the negotiations said on Friday.
Industry sources in part attribute the disparity to the abundance of 24-hour cable news stations, which have made "Nightline"
less vital as a news source than it was when it premiered more than two decades ago.

Young Retirees
Edward & Sophie
Queen Elizabeth's youngest son, Prince Edward, announced on Saturday that he and his wife Sophie would give up their controversial
business careers to support the Queen during her Golden Jubilee.
Edward and Sophie have both been accused of using their status as members of the royal family to promote their jobs in film
production and public relations respectively.
Edward told his audience on Saturday that he and Sophie would "focus our energies more on supporting those organizations,
charities, individuals and companies that deserve to be recognized for their effort, initiative and entrepreneurship."

Denzel Washington
Denzel Washington will draw a $20 million paycheck for "Out of Time," an MGM thriller that will re-team the Oscar-nominated
"Training Day" star with his "Devil in a Blue Dress" director Carl Franklin.
Washington will play a small Florida town's police chief who does the wrong thing for the right reason and then must use guile to
get out of a difficult situation, complicated by two women. Shooting begins in May.
While it is not uncommon for stars to choose overtly commercial fare to hike their "quotes," Washington's rise is noteworthy in that
he continues to choose edgy and provocative films.
He had numerous offers for his next slot, but chose "Out of Time" in order to work again with Franklin. By the time the film begins
production, Washington should be done with post-production on his directorial debut, which hasn't yet been formally titled but is
known as "The Antwone Fisher Story." Fox Searchlight will release it in late fall.

On The Comeback Trail
Corey & Corey
Corey Feldman and Corey Haim, the troubled teen idols who co-starred in "The Lost Boys" and a slew of more forgettable flicks, are trying to wage a comeback.
Feldman says the two were in talks to host an ABC game show called "Corey vs. Corey" produced by the makers of "Who Wants to Be a
Millionaire." But the show was stymied by Haim's recent relapse into drug abuse.
These days, Feldman says he's busy poking fun at his scandal-scarred image by hosting a "Hollywood Fast Times" week on A&E, and he's appearing
in a video for Moby's "We Are All Made of Stars" with fellow B-listers Tommy Lee, Carmen Electra, Verne "Mini-Me" Troyer and porn star Ron Jeremy.
Meanwhile, Haim is living in his native Canada. "My goal is just to stay clean and sober and happy, and hopefully get another shot in the
industry to show people what I'm made of . . . just to show them what I'm still made of now at 30," he told E! channel's "True Hollywood Story."

Tom Green
Comic actor Tom Green isn't laughing much these days as he tries to get over his breakup with estranged wife Drew Barrymore.
The two no longer are speaking, Green told the syndicated TV show "Inside Edition" at Thursday's Grammy Awards.
"It's hard," Green said. "You try to make something work and you put your heart into it ... and it just doesn't work."
"With a lot of work, I'll be happy again. I can feel the sunshine sort of coming through the clouds slowly."
In December, Green filed a petition to divorce Barrymore, star of "Riding in Cars With Boys," after fewer than six months
of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Filed For Divorce
Shirley Jones
Shirley Jones, the Oscar-winning actress and former matriarch of "The Partridge Family" television show, has filed for divorce
from her husband of 25 years, comedian Marty Ingels.
Jones cited irreconcilable differences in her petition, according to court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Though best known for lighter roles, Jones won the best supporting actress Oscar for her role as the vengeful prostitute Lulu
Bains in the 1960 film "Elmer Gantry." Ingels was on the 1960s television series "I'm Dickens, He's Fenster" and more recently
created a company to line up stars to do television commercials.

Former Clinton Strategists Hired
Screen Actors Guild
The Screen Actors Guild said that two former strategists for former President Bill Clinton were hired as consultants while negotiations
continued with the Association of Talent Agents.
Mark Fabiani and Christopher Lehane began working for the actors union in January. Fabiani was behind the scenes while Clinton fought
off allegations in the Whitewater and Monica Lewinsky investigations. Lehane worked in the White House counsel's office while Clinton was in office.
Both men were tapped to consult for the union in case either an impasse or agreement was struck with the talent agents group, SAG officials said Thursday.
Under the proposed contract, independent production companies and large advertisers would be allowed to invest as much as 20
percent in a talent agency. Movie studios and television networks still would be banned from owning or investing in a talent
agency. The deal still must be approved by SAG's board of directors and membership and ratified by the talent agencies.

New Film Project
Robert Downey Jr.
Robert Downey Jr., still recovering from drug problems that led to his arrest more than a year ago, has signed on to star
in a film based on the popular British miniseries "The Singing Detective."
The film, being financed by Mel Gibson's Icon Productions, is to begin shooting in April, Downey's publicist, Alan Nierob, said Thursday.
In "The Singing Detective," he'll play a mystery writer who fantasizes himself into one of his novels. The story was a hit
with British audiences when it first aired on the BBC as a miniseries.

Controversial Art Exhibit
Jewish Museum in NYC
A controversial Jewish Museum art exhibit that includes Nazi imagery, including a concentration camp built from Lego blocks, will carry a warning sign.
Museum officials said artwork criticized by Holocaust survivors will be placed in a separate area, and that before entering, visitors
will see a sign that reads: "Some Holocaust survivors have been disturbed by these works."
The exhibit, "Mirroring Evil: Nazi Imagery/Recent Art," is scheduled to open March 17. In addition to the Lego concentration camp,
the show includes a piece in which an artist has inserted a picture of himself with a Diet Coke can into a photo of prisoners at a
concentration camp, and another in which poison gas canisters have designer logos.
